RETURN POLICY

‍Coffee Beans are non-returnable

‍Due to the perishable nature of coffee, coffee beans (whole bean and ground) are

not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the

issue. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Subscription Disclaimer:

Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method on file will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the pre-selected frequency until you cancel. 

You can cancel at any time on your Island Coffee account page or by reaching out to us at info@islandcoffee.com

Cancellation Policy:

Your subscription may be cancelled at any time via our website or by emailing info@islandcoffee.com . If cancelling via email, please contact us at least 72 hours before the date you are scheduled to be charged next.
